Select food blogger were invited to sample foods from two differently themed restaurant. One is serving Mediterranean and the other was traditional Filipino dish. The cool part was both restaurant had same owner and his restaurant had a passageway connecting one from the other, they had one kitchen at that.

The food was great. I’ve never been pleasantly subjected to try 12 dishes, rice and 4 desserts in one night, imagine who would ever had such a filling dinner! I normally don’t but of course matakaw ako! I won’t skip this meal.

We were first served with meals from Old Vine which compose of the Tessie Tomas Salad one of their all time favorite best seller.

The Tessie Tomas Salad is a combination of roast prawns, marinated salmon, and grilled shitake mushrooms with mesclun salad in a creamy balsamic dressing. A serving that is good to share is Php295 while a serving that is good for 4-5 person is Php595.

Followed by Paco Salad Sa Laguna with kesong puti Php165.00 a serving which is usually good for 4

One of my favorite among the bunch was this Baked Cream Dory with mushroom duxelles in tomato – garlic coulis and angel hair pesto at Php350 a serving.

Another favorite was the Seared Tuna Tataki in olive oil and garlic ponzu sauce. To share is Php220, while a serving good for 4-5 is Php410.
I also love this Poele Lamb Spareribs in cilantro – curry sauce with mushroom and vegetable rissoto only at Php395! I love how the curry sauce took away the distinctive lamb smell I really don’t appreciate.

We were also served with the Chefs Quarter Steak. Made of grilled U.S. beef steak marinated in Chef’s special blend with roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day. They have Php420 and Php574 serving sizes.
Salmon Carpaccio their house cured and seasoned salmon with micro greens in lemon raspberry vinaigrette. They have servings at Php230 and Php420.
I had a Grape Shake to wash it all off. The not so sweet taste of grape was a great choice and combination with all these meals we had.
