We went to Anvaya Cove in Bataan to attend a Healthy Summer Skin Seminar by Neutrogena. The food was overflowing and all are scrumptious. I miss their Buffalo Wings, it was the best among the rest I sampled from their menu. Their official restaurant in the place is the Pawikan Restaurant.
For brunch we had their Cornbeef Lasagna. It was a bit spicy probably because they overdid the pepper. It was kinda salty too.

I had a Watermelon shake to cool me off, it was kinda hot and humid that day and the food was kinda spicy.

This is where we had our lunch, the Pawikan Restaurant at Anvaya Cove. You will have to take a golf cart to get there, but if you don’t mind the heat you can walk and it will take about 3-5 minutes.

This is what I had for lunch, a buffet of grilled meat, chicken, pork, beef and tuna and part of the vegetable salad and salted eggs.

The grilled tuna was well done and kinda bland, you need the sauce that comes along with it either the lemon buttered sauce or the gravy.

The grilled chicken was good and very well done but still juicy inside.

The grilled pork liempo is very tasty, kinda taste like pork barbeque sweet and a bit spicy but just right.

Their grilled roast beef is the best, the meat is so juicy and mouthwatering.

I didn’t have rice in my meal, I’m trying to cut my carb intake especially rice.

This is their Filipino vegetable salad plate. There was fish paste/ bagoong and patis on the side a typical ingredient for a traditional Filipino vegetable salad.

But I only had the Itlog na maalat or salted eggs and the eggplant and bagoong.

I sampled their Anvaya Iced Tea, its taste good and very refreshing I think aside from lemon iced tea they have some other fruit in it kinda like some pineapple extract , vanilla extract and mango.

There was a Tortang Talong but I forgot to try it out, it looks tasty though.

There was Halo-halo for dessert but I was so full so I didn’t dare make me one but here’s what Jenni had.

For snacks before going home we had that delicious Buffalo Wings that I forgot to take photos and then I tried out their Green Mango Juice, nothing unusual about it but still refreshing.

Wow….the lunch and iced tea looks really good. I need to plan a vacation with my family to those spots sometime soon. Keep up the great work with your blog.
Yummuy, i too much hungry what a delicious food.
Hi! I am a French student, in business, and I have to fulfill a study… that’s why I do need the help of American people, especially who live in New York! I intend to set up a business in Westchester Community. It consists in giving French cooking lessons to American people. A French (famous) cooker will give these lessons. It can occur in our place ( a kind of restaurant) or at home.
Hi. I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my thanks. I’ve been following your blog for a month or so and have picked up a ton of good information as well as enjoyed the way you’ve structured your site.
Didn’t know Anvaya’s food could get featured this well. All I see in the web are photos of the place. You made a difference! Good job!
