I bet you have heard of the ever popular dish Fish and Chips and love how perfect the fried fish was done? Well, I found the secret on how to make that perfect fried fish fillet. There are two techniques but this one on the photo is the less difficult and fastest way.

- What you need is a fish fillet, any fish will do but for this one we used a Dory fish. They are sold in supermarkets at a very affordable price.
- Season the fish with Maggi Magic Sarap just rub the fish with it and now you don’t have to marinate it. Set aside.
- Make the breading by seasoning the flour with salt and peper. Now you are ready to fry!
- Now if you want to make a crunchy thick breading like that of a terriyaki all you have to do is dip the fish in egg then the flour mix, then egg then flour mix then egg again.
- Fry and ready to serve.
