Suman or rice cake wrapped in banana leaf, is one of the famous Filipino treat/delicacy. There are sweet and non-sweetened version of this rice cake. We usually have this for snack (meryenda) or even for breakfast “meryenda”. Perfect to pair with hot coffee or hot chocolate especially on a rainy day like today.

Tita Lynn’s Authentic Delicacy serves dine-in and take-out. They also have hot chocolate and hot coffee served.

You can choose among the many flavored suman they have, they have the Original, Ube, Mango, CocoMas, Langka, and Chocolate Twirl.
