Matakaw Ako!

After our Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince movie date at the SM City North EDSA IMAX theater.  We had lunch at Marina at the Sky Garden.

The price is not bad a dish does not cost more than P300 each.  The taste is ok and the restaurant venue is nice except on a rainy day like the day we went.  The tents did no good to prevent the people from getting wet.  The Sky Garden was created for aesthetic value I guess, so they should adjust their design on a rainy day. It’s not nice to walk on a wet pavement and it’s not nice to dine and feel the drizzle against your face.

We had Grilled Salmon which I think was overcooked.

I lost the receipt but this is something like a Sweet, Sour and Spicy Shrimp.  The sauce is good but the serving was so small.

This Beef Nilaga taste like Beef Sinigang but it’s good.  The meat is so tender and my daughter loved it.

The Pork Barbeque is perfect.

But the Red Iced Tea taste like Gulaman without the gulaman or sago.

They also serve some chicharon while waiting for your meal to be served.  My daughter and brother loved it too.

I think their seafood generally are good here except we didn’t order them because we still have the taste of baked mussles and awesome sugpo from the past lunch and dinner dates my sister and I had.   Or maybe I didn’t enjoy the lunch that much because I was disappointed with the movie.
